About KKSmith Wills
After qualifying as a Solicitor in 2008, Katie gained wide experience of legal practice, working in prestigious local and national law firms. As an Associate at Shoosmiths, she worked on Wills, Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax, Trusts and Probate and was an advisor for Camelot, helping lottery winners.
Katie has been a Wills advisor on BBC 3 Counties Radio and appeared on Sky TV's 'Lawcats'. More recently, Katie has worked as a lecturer at BPP Law School in London.
She has now set up her own business and offers Will writing and drafting Powers of Attorney at very competitive prices so clients can get expert advice without having to pay law firm prices.
Katie is also able to offer clients the option of weekend and evening home visits in and around Harpenden and St. Albans in Hertfordshire or online appointments.
Appointments are offered in person, over the telephone, FaceTime or Zoom.
